the staff seemed friendly and mostly helpful, which i expect.
the room i had was disappointing for the price, especially as i booked a room in what is supposedly a nice hotel. THE general condition was subpar with peeling paint and chipped wood, which did not meet my expectations. housekeeping proved INconsistent, some days missing basic cleaning tasks altogether.

the breakfast was very good! the staff were excellent though it was busy, i never felt rushed. the location allowed easy access to many attractions.
The room was close to an interconnecting door, we heard neighbors. the soundproofing could be better. It impacted the stay.
